Residential Rates:

Water - base rate: $21.98/ month plus water consumption charges. Water consumption is charged based on the tiered usage below:

1-25 units: $2.46 per unit

26-37 units: $2.70 per unit

38+ units: $3.07per unit

1 unit is 748 gallons

Sewer - flat rate: $60.77/ month (consumption rates may apply for large water users)

Commercial Rates:

Water - Base rate is dependent on the meter size plus water consumption charges based on the tiered usage above.
