E-Billing Sign Up
As of May 2024, the City of Prineville now offers e-billing for residential and commercial water and sewer customers**! If you are an existing utility customer and wish to receive your bills through email, please fill out the form below. Note that all form fields are required to complete the request. For customers with multiple accounts, please submit a separate form for each account. Submissions will be processed as soon as possible. Once active, customers will receive their first electronic bill on or before the 20th of the preceding month. Previous bill copies will not be sent.
By signing up for e-billing you acknowledge monthly utility service bills and past due notices will be sent to you via email. Monthly paper utility bills will be discontinued for any forms submitted. Customers will still be mailed a paper copy of any past due notices, in addition to receiving an emailed copy. You will continue to receive electronic bills until the City of Prineville is notified that you wish to return to paper bills at utilities@cityofprineville.com or by calling our office at (541) 447-5627. Access to the web portal will remain the same, allowing customers to view their account information including balances and usage, submit payments, or sign up for automatic drafts through a credit or debit card.
If you have any questions regarding e-billing, please reach out to our office.
**E-billing for bulk water customers is not currently available.
