Failure to abide by any of the below regulations may result in the loss of golfing privileges.

Golf Course Rules:

  • All golfers must check in with the golf shop prior to teeing off. Golfers are encouraged to check in at least 10 minutes prior to their starting time. Golfers who show up late will lose their tee time and be moved to the next available time.
  • Groups must maintain pace of play by keeping up with the group in front of them. Groups are expected to finish each 9 holes in 2 hours or less.
  • Groups that fall behind may be asked to pick up and skip a hole or holes to catch up.
  • All golfers on the course must have their own set of clubs.
  • Customers are prohibited from bringing any outside alcohol onto golf course property as this is a violation of OLCC regulations.
  • Customers are not allowed to have their own coolers. Meadow Lakes coolers can be borrowed from the bar with the purchase of a drink.
  • Fivesomes may be allowed if pre-approved by golf shop staff. No fivesomes will be allowed on weekends or holidays during the peak season.
  • Shoes, shirts, and pants must be worn at all times. No tank tops, boots, or metal spikes are allowed.
  • Sunflower seeds and other nuts with shells are prohibited.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the golf course during times when the “Golf Course Dog” is on duty.
  • Dogs are allowed on the course during twilight hours if they remain on leash and are cleaned up after.
  • Small dogs may be permitted prior to twilight hours if they remain in the golf cart during the round.
  • Players may look for their own lost ball, or a lost ball in the group for up to 3 minutes. All other ball searching is prohibited.
  • All players must be off the golf course by dusk.
  • Golfers are expected to adhere to proper golf course etiquette at all times and follow instructions given by golf course staff.

Golf Cart Rules:

  • Golfers must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
  • Golfers are responsible for any damage to golf carts incurred while the cart is in their possession.
  • Golfers must obey all cart traffic rules and signage on the course. Carts should remain on paths near tee boxes and at least 30 feet from all greens. Failure to adhere to cart traffic rules will result in the loss of cart privileges.
  • Golfers with physical limitations can request the use of a blue “handicap” flag. Golfers with the blue flag can drive within 15 feet of greens and tees. At no time should a cart drive closer to the green than 15 feet, or in-between a sand trap and the green.
  • The cart fee is a per-rider fee. Golfers are expected to pair up on carts. Singles requesting their own cart must pay a second rider fee. If golf cart availability is limited, single carts will not be allowed.
  • Non-golfers who ride along in a cart will be charged $10 for 9 holes and $17 for 18 holes.
  • Extra carts will not be granted during times when cart availability is limited.

Practice Area Rules:

  • Range balls and baskets are not to be removed from the range for any reason.
  • Players are not allowed to go forward of the ropes to retrieve range balls.
  • Balls on the chipping green are to be used on the chipping green only, and are not to be removed or hit onto the range.
  • The putting green is for putting and short chips only. No pitch marks!
