General Information

The Ladies of the Lakes Golf League begins play on the first Thursday in May, and continues every Thursday through September. The ladies league plays a variety of games throughout the season. There is also an optional closest to the pin contest on one of the par 3’s each week.

Dues

Dues for the year are $39.00 plus a handicap fee of $41.00 which goes to the OGA.  All league members are required to have a handicap through the OGA either at Meadow Lakes or another golf club. There is a Hole-in-One pot that each member contributes to each year. $2.00 of your $39.00 goes into this pot.

The cost for each Thursday event is $7 plus green fees. From the $7, $5 goes into the pot for gross and net payouts for the day's play. All winnings from the day's play will be accumulated in a golf shop account under your name. Those winnings can be spent on golf merchandise, green fees, cart fees or range fees. The remaining $2 goes towards KP’s on two of the par 3’s, which are paid out in cash following play.

Established play for the Ladies of the Lakes will be 18 Holes. Starting time is 8:30am in May and June, 8am in July and August, and 8:30am in September.

Tournament Information

The Ladies of the Lakes are part of a Visitation schedule throughout Central Oregon as well as the Central Oregon Senior Women’s Association. Club representatives will have additional information.

There are two Ladies of the Lakes tournaments during the season, in addition to the visitations. The first is a Handicap Championship Tournament and the second event is the Club Championship, which takes place in September. To qualify for the Club Championship, new members must have played in a minimum of 10 rounds during league play. Returning members must have played in at least 7 rounds of league play.
